waiver browser that will be named either "Doc. Date" or "Check Date" depending on whether the Terminal setup checkbox is

1. Program installation: Corrected the single company Data Conversion call from the Eclare, Gemini, or PSClient program to properly handle file pathing containing blank spaces on some computers.
2. AP: Updated 1099 Magnetic Reporting file format to comply with 2009 IRS requirements. There were no changes to the paper 1099 output format. |

GL, PR: Updated the December closing function to allow an employee HSA contribution deduction to update the W2 box 12 field when the contribution is made through a pre-tax Cafeteria plan and has a Deduction Type of W. If this update is installed after December is closed, the W2 "Recreate Prior Year" option may be used force box 12 to update but any manual changes made to the W2s will be lost and have to be re-entered.
2. File | User Maintenance: Added logic to the Check Register Reconciliation, data export, and Check Register print options to prevent a user who has "Ck Register" user security but does NOT have "View PR Detail" user security fom viewing entries with Source "PR". For these users, all Check Register PR source entries will read "Restricted Payroll Entry" and have a zero dollar amount. |
