Multiple estimators can estimate the exact same project, arrive at the same number…but they got there in different ways. We recognize that estimating is unique to each estimators’ process, therefore we developed an estimating system that was not only easy to understand and use, but also easy to customize. This allows the estimator to define how they will structure the estimating process and easily build, or import a database structure to fit that process. The Eclare estimating system was designed with a preference towards the residential and light commercial builders. It interfaces directly with our Gemini accounting system to load budgets and purchase order detail, as well as seamless integration with digitizer take-off systems, like Prosoft’s DigiWIN system. The open architectural program structure allows a user to quickly customize the included database and/or create a new database structure by interfacing with spreadsheets and vendor supplied product data.
